BULGARIAN FEDERATION OF ELECTRONIC SPORTS, Bulgaria
 
About

Bulgarian Federation of Electronic Sports (BFES) is created in the summer of 2003 as an inheritor of several youth initiatives. It soon becomes a leader in organizing competitions and events for computer and console games in net of the Bulgarian market. In 2004 the Federation obtains the statute of National Strategic Partner of the World Cyber Games (WCG) for the territory of Bulgaria and Greece.

BFES’ activities are aimed at that the young people to be accustomed to fairplay, as the Federation promote the most talented competitors. Due to its experience and the contacts with international organizations BFES contributes to the development of  teamwork, communication and optimum use of the opportunities of Internet with the view to the future personal and professional realization of the young people in Bulgaria.
 
Role in the project

Promoter, manager and coordinator of all project activities; mainly developing of training curricula and training modules as a new tool; developing of the web portal system; dissemination of information.

NEW BULGARIAN UNIVERSITY, Bulgaria

 
About
In 1991 was created the New Bulgarian University. The goal of the new institution is to work for modernization of the higher education in Bulgaria as well as to hold on the traditions. Among the elected priorities are: development of the interdisciplinary programs, ensuring mobility to both students and professors, education for whole life, research of the reality and respectively – development of new educational programs, new occupations, and a change into the reality.
Throughout the years since New Bulgarian University has been founded, it introduces and develops: Education on the programs for expert’s, bachelor’s, master’s and doctor’s degrees, Credit system, Wide range of basic education, Interdisciplinary programs, Distance learning education, Continuing education, as well New model of admittance procedure and test: Test for general educational learning.

MARIE CURIE ASSOCIATION, Bulgaria

 

About

Marie Curie Association is a newly established non-profit organization which main activities are directed toward people with disabilities. The ambitious team involves economists, psychologists, PR specialists, physicists, lawyers, philologists, journalists and other specialists working in the sphere of disabilities. Association’s goals and objectives connected to disabled people presuppose intensive activity and generating of new ideas contributing to the socialization and proper realization of our target groups . That’s why we are very open to new contacts and cooperation with other organizations with ideas and activities similar to ours.Since 1997 it have been implementing both national and international projects aiming at contributing to the social, educational and labour integration of the people with disabilities in Bulgaria. Our activities are directed toward people with different type and stage of disabilities.

 

Role in the project

The main activities of the Association is to develop and implement the Valorization strategy and plan while cooperating with all participating partners in each country.

By combining different areas of expertise, know-how and experience it is able to efficiently manage large-scale assignments.

Experts of the organization will take part in the execution of WP 1, WP 3, WP 4 and WP 7.

About

3s Unternehmensberatung GmbH operates on the interface between education and the labour market. It has designed projects in the fields of knowledge, learning and work, and has been engaged in developing methods, tools and instruments for anticipating and assessing qualifications and competences.

3s is experienced in the development and comparison of curricula and has been engaged in projects on internationalisation of vocational training and higher education. The company  is especially engaged in the development of the Austrian Fachhochschul-sector and in developing and evaluating university-study-programmes with focus on labour market needs. 3s is an experienced European project partner and co-operates formally  -  e.g. as a member of the Cedefop reference network – and informally with EU institutions.

3s is furthermore the editorial department of two national research networks in VET, is responsible for the compilation of newsletters to disseminate information in Austrian VET, is editing agency for a number of publications (print products and online information databases which are used for information, guidance and counselling for learning, career and development), and is editing its own book series (e.g. „Digital Divide und kommerzielle Internetcafes“, 2003 – a research study about the use of internet in Austria).

Professional Gamers League promote the concept of e-Sports and get competitive gaming recognized as a cultural phenomenon for the young generation in Romania and worldwide. It aims at promoting the concept of e-Sports and getting competitive gaming recognized as a cultural phenomenon for the young generation in Romania and worldwide.

The organization has head offices in Bucharest and  branches in 10 major cities in Romania. Targets a population of 600,000 monthly average active PC gamers, with a competitive culture based on Gaming Centres. Runs monthly LAN competitions with cash and product prizes, along with Internet
 
Role in the project
Developing of training curricula as a new tool – with detailed theoretical and practical modules divided in three main sections; developing of the web portal system; dissemination of information.
